The Senior Competitive Program is designed for rowers ages 19-23 (birth year 2002-2006) who are committed to high-performance training and competition. Designed for athletes with prior rowing experience, this program provides structured coaching to refine technique, build strength and endurance, and prepare for atlantic, national, and university-level racing opportunities. Senior athletes will train in an environment that fosters excellence, discipline, and personal growth, with a focus on achieving competitive success.

Dates: Full season May-October (Canada Games break July 28th-August 15th 2025)

Cost: $675 program fee plus Rowing Canada Aviron and Rowing Newfoundland annual membership dues ($56.40)
